Winwin. It started as a school project, but I won’t lie: I’d love to see it on actual shelves one day. Flødeboller are a traditional Danish treat people often share when celebrating. But not everyone gets to be part of that moment. Allergies and dietary restrictions quietly exclude more people than we think. Filifaba Flødeboller are made from upcycled aquafaba — a protein-rich liquid from chickpeas that would otherwise go to waste. The result is a plant-based alternative that reduces unnecessary environmental impact, while making sure more people can join the celebration.One more thing, since Flødeboller is a core danish product, I deliberately decided to also make a core danish brand. Each item has a resell tag with a unique QR code that holds the data set of the piece. When the tag is scanned a series of digital actions are activated and automatically creates a sales ad for the item and promoting it across Facebook and Instagram. Each has a small media budget attached to it allowing for a hyper targeted campaign to be activated to help to create interest and find a new home for the item. &nbsp;This idea first popped up during a school project. Then later, it got pitched as a one-pager during my internship at Uncle Grey. For many families, mental ilnesses are stil consideredl a taboo, leaving children alone with feelings they rarely get to talk about. Psykiatrifonden (The Danish Mental Health Foundation) uses drawing therapy to help children express what words can't. So we took the drawings out of the therapy room and turned them into conversation starters and exhibited them in a place where adults are used to stop up, observe and reflect: An art museum. Each drawing was paired with the child's story and simple questions to guide parents and other adults to feel more comfortable in conversations about mental illness and other difficult topics with other people – no matter their age.
